Client: Citystyle Homes / One Housing Group
Architect: Hamilton Architects Ltd
Contractor: Higgins Construction

Goldhawk Road is ideally situated on the edge of exclusive Brackenbury Village and will provide 57 homes, consisting of 51 for private sale and six for shared ownership.

The elegantly designed scheme features eight commercial spaces, car parking and bicycle storage facilities. Properties feature their own private balcony for residents to enjoy.

The area offers a variety of high street and boutique shops and restaurants lining the road, which forms the southern boundary of Shepherd’s Bush Green.

BPP’s team provided the feasibility, cost and post-contract advice on this prominent private development-led scheme.

For residents seeking a peaceful place of refuge, the site is surrounded by residential buildings varying in architectural styles. In a predominantly quiet area, the site fits in seamlessly with its serene surroundings and makes a significant contribution to the regeneration of Shepherds Bush. The proposed commercial space will also provide more employment opportunities for the community.
