With the Client’s existing lease expiring and with no detailed brief, BMG appointed BPP to review and implement a strategy to realise their existing and future business needs and target move date.

Two stage selective tendering techniques were employed to appoint a contractor, thus enabling an early start on-site and control of design being recognised through a novated design team.
