The scheme was developed by Hollybrook for Estuary Housing Association. BPP worked with the client in developing the scheme to meet Estuary’s specific requirements.
The development is a 100% Affordable Housing scheme, designed to meet the HCA funding requirements and provides much needed high quality housing within an established residential area.
The project was procured via a ‘golden brick’ arrangement via a development agreement and Martin Walmsley, one of BPP’s senior partners was involved with the drafting and agreement of the documentation.
