Hallsville Quarter is a residential-led, mixed-use development in the heart of Canning Town. Occupying two separate plots, this project defines the central pedestrian ‘spine’ of the masterplan, prepared as part of the wider site. This scheme provides a series of residential and retail buildings. A high street, hotel and community health centre will support the scheme’s 350 residential units.
Phase 2 comprises 55 shared ownership units which started on site in early 2015 and is due for completion in 2017.
The project is procured via a Sales and Purchase Agreement. BPP’s team has been extensively involved in working with One Housing and their legal advisors in the agreement of the legal documentation.
