Acton Regeneration Company is proposing to regenerate and breathe new life into the Oaks Shopping Centre through the introduction of a mixed use development.

Phase 1 of the proposal represents a £40 million investment into the town centre, bringing with it a Waitrose supermarket, four new retail units along Churchfield Road and the introduction of 142 new homes.

Phase 2 of the redevelopment will bring with it a further 36 residential units in a three to four storey building, a brand new entrance into the Mall from the High Street, further improvements to the retail offer within the Mall.
