Quality Control Laboratory & Administration Facilities

Location: Flanders, Belgium
Client: Genzyme Flanders NV
Architect: Democo
Contractor: Demococ
Services provided: Employers Agent & Quantity Surveying

This new build administration and Quality Control facility of 3,800m² was initially part of a major EPCMV site development however a change of procurement approach onto a Design & Build introduced greater cost certainty whilst also providing more direct control of the project via a more direct design focus.
