Site Development: Two separate bulk process facilities and a pilot plant

BPP assisted Genzyme in the development of their Haverhill facility. These projects comprised the LSP 1 and LSP 2 projects, which were bulk scale manufacturing facilities carried out with CEL and a Polymer Development pilot plant facility carried out with Haden Freeman.

Our works included negotiation of IChemE forms of contract, preparation of tender packages together with financial control and reporting on those packages, negotiation of sub-contracts, commercial audit of the entire project including engineers fee, claim settlement and capital allowances.
