The completion of Suttons Wharf North was a further phase in the completion of the development of the site. The scheme compromises a mixed use development of 206 apartments overlooking the adjacent Meath Gardens.
The scheme was procured under a development agreement under a developer lead s.106 agreement. The selection of the form of procurement was therefore proposed by the developer. This being recognised, BPP ensured that the commercial terms were robust, e.g. a fixed price with a detailed price build up was agreed and a comprehensive specification for the works was included in the agreement. The detailed price build was used as a basis for negotiating with the developer an accelerated programme for completion.
