BPP appointed by Guinness on a private scheme in London E2

BPP has recently been appointed by Guinness on a multi million pound private scheme at the Suttons Wharf Site in London E2.

The first block comprising 83 homes completed in 2014. The second phase is programmed for completion in 2016 .The completion of these blocks completes the final phase of the regeneration. A total of 300 high quality apartments are being delivered.

BPP worked with Guinness to assist the developers in optimising the existing planning consent in order to improve saleability and values of the original consent.

BPP’s team provides employer’s agent and site inspection services on this prominent private development.
