Conversion of an existing warehouse complex into a state-of-the-art ice-cream production facility

The development compromised the conversion a complex of disused agricultural warehouses into sophisticated ice cream production facilities.

A variety of designs and techniques were developed to accommodate the existing buildings into the finished facility and we used Value Engineering to maximise the delivered value.
