Douglas Bader Park, Barnet – Regeneration scheme

Douglas Bader Park is a regeneration scheme being delivered by Home Group Ltd under a joint venture with Hill Residential Ltd, to provide for a mixed tenure residential development with 272 units for affordable and 481 units private dwellings.

The development regenerates the whole estate with a series of new homes for existing residents together with new homes for private sale.

The development will be carried out over three phases and estimated to be completed by mid 2031. The first phase of the development has reached completion. These homes have achieved EPC A rating and uses sustainable energy technologies such as PVs and Air Source Heat pumps.

BPP are providing Employer’s Agent services for the affordable units.
