Harrow View West – new mixed tenure development

Harrow View West is a new development consisting of 10 houses, 4 for rent and 6 for shared ownership.

The project was procured via a development agreement and Martin Walmsley, one of BPP’s senior partners was involved with the drafting and agreement of the documentation.

BPP ensured a detailed specification for the works was included in the documentation in lieu of the ‘sales fit out’ specification originally proposed by the developer.
