High-quality open plan lettable office space

The project comprised the fit-out of an existing shell office to produce high-quality open plan lettable office space for a developer client.

The project was procured via a singe stage design and build contract. The client design team was retained for on-site inspections and control of design.

The contract work was achieved within budget and the client moved in on the specified target date.
