Fulham High Street is a new development consisting of a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom shared ownership apartments.
The project was procured via a development agreement and Martin Walmsley, one of BPP’s senior partners was involved with the drafting and agreement of the documentation.
BPP ensured a detailed specification for the works was included in the documentation in lieu of the ‘sales fit out’ specification originally proposed by the developer.
