New an ice-cream production facility in Chu Chi , Vietnam

BPP worked with Unilever to develop a new business in Vietnam involving the design and construction of a factory from a greenfield site to full production capability and product launch.

BPP set up a dedicated management team drawing on worldwide ice-cream manufacturing expertise and utilising local cost-effective labour for installation. Fast build techniques were employed to ensure completion on time. The project was completed on time and within budget.
