This new build administration and Quality Control facility of 3,800m² was initially part of a major EPCMV site development however a change of procurement approach onto a Design & Build introduced greater cost certainty whilst also providing more direct control of the project via a more direct design focus.
BPP developed Employers Requirement documents based on the existing specifications and provided a comprehensive Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying service to Genzyme’s Project Manager including tender, tender analysis and full post contract financial controls.
