Douglas Bader Park – First Phase

Douglas Bader Park is a regeneration scheme being delivered by Home Group Ltd under a joint venture with Hill Residential Ltd, to provide for a mixed tenure residential development with 272 units for affordable and 481 units private dwellings. The development is being carried out over three phases.

BPP is pleased to announce the first phase of the development has reached completion. These homes have achieved EPC A rating and uses sustainable energy technologies such as PVs and Air Source Heat pumps.

BPP is providing Employer’s Agent services for the affordable units.
