Hallsville Quarter Phase 3 Topping Out

BPP is proud to announce the Third Phase at Hallsville Quarter in the London Borough of Newham has reached a key milestone whereby BPP joined in the celebration of completing the structure of the build with a topping out ceremony on Wednesday 17 August alongside LinkCity and One Housing Group.

Hallsville Quarter’s third phase is expected to complete in 2024. The scheme will be the largest to date, more than doubling the number of new homes the scheme has delivered so far.

BPP’s team is working with One Housing Group by providing employer’s agent, cost consultancy and site inspector services on the project in developing 199 residential units on Phase 3 and 143 residential units in Phase 3A comprising Affordable and Shared Ownership units with a 50 unit Extra Care facility.
