TwelveTrees Park is a 26-acre regeneration project at Stephenson Street in the London Borough of Newham.
Peabody is working with Berkeley Homes on the first phase to deliver 328 affordable homes, comprising 229 shared ownership and 99 rented properties.
The first two blocks have now reached golden brick stage.
It is part of a major multi-phase regeneration which will provide 3,800 new homes, built around 12 acres of open green space, landscaped gardens and a Wi-Fi enabled park. The vast majority of the public realm being implemented in Phase 1.
The homes will also benefit from the improved infrastructure with direct access to West Ham station from the site, as well as creating three new foot and road bridges.
