The Hyde Group Development Consultancy Framework

BPP is pleased to confirm appointment on The Hyde Group Development Framework for Employer’s Agent services.

The Hyde Group has a significant planned development programme over the life of the framework. It is anticipated that approximately 1500 units per annum could be delivered across the Group’s main geographical areas of operation (London/South-East) and focussed around three targeted client groups: Outright Sale, Shared Ownership and Affordable and Social Rent .

Hyde delivers affordable homes and creates mixed tenure residential developments that generate value and benefit local communities.

BPP looks forward to working with The Hyde Group on the above initiative.
