TwelveTrees Park is a 26-acre regeneration project in the London Borough of Newham.

Peabody is working with Berkeley Homes to deliver 328 affordable homes, including 229 shared ownership and 99 rented properties. This is part of a major multi-phase regeneration which will provide 3,800 new homes, a new community centre, a retail and leisure quarter and maker-spaces for local artists and creatives. The gas led energy centre, supported by centralised air source heat pump system, will provide efficient energy for residents.
